How do I know if I have an offer?

Where is the reward I qualified for?

This can occur due to one of three reasons:

  1. The promotion period has passed and it can no longer be applied.
  2. The reward is not instant and therefore cannot immediately be credited to your account. If this is a staggered offer then you will receive your reward on a set date. We recommend that you check your promotional email for further details.
  3. The promotion was not redeemed via the My Offers page.
Where are my free entries?

Your free entries will be added to your PlayHugeLottos account as Vouchers. Your voucher will remain in your account balance until it is played or until it expires.

To use your voucher, you will need to enter that particular lottery that is valid for 1 entry. Once the entry is added to your cart the voucher will automatically apply and the cost of your entry will then be $0.00.

Why can I not use my bonus balance?

This could be due to two different reasons:

  1. You still have a cash balance: your bonus balance can only be used once there is nothing left in your cash balance.
  2. You’re trying to use it to play a non-lottery game: your bonus balance can only be used to play lotteries. All other games are only playable with your cash balance.

  • Once a promotion has expired it cannot be redeemed even if the qualifying criteria is met.
  • If a player abuses promotions it may result in the loss of rewards, bets placed and winnings earned.
  • Transactions involving cash withdrawals while having a bonus balance will not be processed immediately as they are subject to review. If the transaction is deemed as abuse against our promotional system, the bonus balance may be removed entirely.
  • When trying to qualify for a specific promotion, players cannot wager existing bonus balances or vouchers to qualify for the additional rewards. The 1 Powerball entry must be purchased using an existing cash balance to qualify for the offer.
  • Players can be eligible for multiple offers and can use them sequentially. However, players are not permitted to group offers in an attempt to earn a reward higher than the individual offer. For example, if a player receives two 10% discounts, they cannot be combined to create a bigger price reduction of 20%.
