What is a discount?
This is when your lottery entries cost less than the original price. For example, if you receive a 10% discount you will then pay 10% less than the original price of the lottery entry.
At PlayHugeLottos we have 2 different types of discounts:
Discount at checkout
Log in to your PlayHugeLottos account and click the My Offer tab to redeem this offer. The original price of the lottery entry will be displayed prior to a purchase and the discount will apply at the final stage of your payment.
With this discount promotion the reduced price will only be seen at checkout.
On-site discount
After logging into your PlayHugeLottos account the reduced price will already be visible.
With an on-site discount, the discounted price can be viewed upfront so the price you see before selecting your lucky numbers is the same discounted price you’ll pay at checkout.
What are the conditions of a discount at PlayHugeLottos?
- The discount can apply to either one or multiple lotteries and the specific lottery or lotteries the discount applies to will be detailed in your email.
- The discount will only run for a specific period of time so it’s important to check the start and end date to prevent you from missing out on paying even less to play our coveted international games.

How do I know if I have an offer?
If you are eligible for a promotion, you will have received an email with all the necessary information to participate and whether or not you must redeem it in order to earn rewards.

Help, I didn’t receive the reward I qualified for!
This normally occurs for one of three reasons:
- The qualifying criteria was met outside of the promotion’s validity period
- The reward is not instant, but will be credited at a later date. Check the email you received to confirm if such is the case.
- The promotion was not redeemed on [page] prior to making the qualifying purchase or deposit.
Where are my free entries?
Free entries are added to your account as “vouchers”. A voucher will remain in your account balance until it is played or expired.
To play a voucher, you simply need to enter the lottery game to which it is valid and buy 1 entry. The voucher is automatically applied to your transaction, making the cost of the entry €0.00.
Why can I not use my bonus balance?
Your bonus balance is only used when there is nothing left in your cash balance. Also note that bonuses can only be played on lottery games, whereas raffles; instant win games; scratchcards; casino games and Keno games only accept cash wagers.
