What is a cashback?
On top of the original amount you deposit into your PlayHugeLottos account, you’ll receive an additional amount too. This additional amount is predetermined and is based on the specific cashback offer you receive.
For example, if you receive a 50% cashback offer and you deposit $100, you will receive $100 in your cash balance plus an additional $50 will be added to your bonus balance. After claiming your 50% cashback offer, you will then have a total of $150 to play with.
What are the conditions of a cashback promotion?
- A minimum deposit amount will always apply.
- There will always be a maximum amount that you will be able to receive as a bonus balance.
- Your cashback promotion may apply to all your deposits within a specific period of time or it could apply to only one. This information will always be specified in the promotional email that you receive.
How are cashback promotions claimed?

What types of cashbacks does PlayHugeLottos offer?
Direct cashback
With this cashback your bonus amount will be credited to your PlayHugeLottos account as soon as you successfully complete your deposit within the specified promotion period.
Staggered cashback
Instead of your bonus amount being credited immediately, it is instead credited at a later date which will be mentioned in the email you receive along with your offer or on the My Offers page.
A staggered cashback will often apply when the promotion period runs over several days or when the cashback offer can be applied to multiple deposits during that time.
An example of a staggered cashback is when you receive a 50% cashback on all deposits made between Friday and Sunday but you only receive your bonus amount on the following Monday.
Tiered cashback

How do I know if I have an offer?

Help, I didn’t receive the reward I qualified for!
This normally occurs for one of three reasons:
- The qualifying criteria was met outside of the promotion’s validity period
- The reward is not instant, but will be credited at a later date. Check the email you received to confirm if such is the case.
- The promotion was not redeemed on [page] prior to making the qualifying purchase or deposit.
Where are my free entries?
Free entries are added to your account as “vouchers”. A voucher will remain in your account balance until it is played or expired.
To play a voucher, you simply need to enter the lottery game to which it is valid and buy 1 entry. The voucher is automatically applied to your transaction, making the cost of the entry €0.00.
Why can I not use my bonus balance?
Your bonus balance is only used when there is nothing left in your cash balance. Also note that bonuses can only be played on lottery games, whereas raffles; instant win games; scratchcards; casino games and Keno games only accept cash wagers.
