What is a Buy/Get promotion?
During this promotion you will receive a free lottery entry or entries after successfully completing a qualifying purchase. Both the qualifying purchase and the reward will always be detailed in the email you will receive or on the My Offers page.
One example of a Buy/Get promotion would be: “Buy 2 Powerball entries and get 1 free!”. In this example, in order to qualify for the free gift, you will need to purchase 2 Powerball entries and in return you receive 1 entry free.
What type of Buy/Get offers can you expect to receive?
Direct Buy/Get
With this specific Buy/Get offer you will immediately receive your reward after you successfully make your qualifying purchase. Once credited, you will be able to view your reward after logging into your PlayHugeLottoscom account as Vouchers.
Staggered Buy/Get
This is when your free entries are not credited to your account immediately after successfully completing your qualifying purchase but are instead credited as Vouchers on a specific date detailed in the promotional email you received.
Tiered Buy/Get
Here a simple concept applies – the more you purchase the more you’ll receive. You’ll have the power to decide how many entries you’ll purchase and how many you’ll receive in return.
Your promotional email will list the various options available in this promotion as well as detail how many free entries are linked to a specific purchase amount.
For example, if you purchase 2 entries you’ll receive 1 entry free but if you purchase 4 entries you’ll receive 2 free.
What are the conditions of a Buy/Get promotion?
- This promotion is only valid during the specified period of time mentioned in your offer email.
- The offer you receive could be limited to a specific lottery and in order to qualify you will need to purchase a specific number of entries. Be sure to check these details to avoid purchasing the incorrect lottery entries or the incorrect number of entries.
- All Tiered Buy/Get promotions are also staggered so your free entries will be credited at a later date. Read your promotion email carefully to ensure that you fully understand when your free entry or entries will be credited.

How do I know if I have an offer?
If you are eligible for a promotion, you will have received an email with all the necessary information to participate and whether or not you must redeem it in order to earn rewards.

Help, I didn’t receive the reward I qualified for!
This normally occurs for one of three reasons:
- The qualifying criteria was met outside of the promotion’s validity period
- The reward is not instant, but will be credited at a later date. Check the email you received to confirm if such is the case.
- The promotion was not redeemed on [page] prior to making the qualifying purchase or deposit.
Where are my free entries?
Free entries are added to your account as “vouchers”. A voucher will remain in your account balance until it is played or expired.
To play a voucher, you simply need to enter the lottery game to which it is valid and buy 1 entry. The voucher is automatically applied to your transaction, making the cost of the entry €0.00.
Why can I not use my bonus balance?
Your bonus balance is only used when there is nothing left in your cash balance. Also note that bonuses can only be played on lottery games, whereas raffles; instant win games; scratchcards; casino games and Keno games only accept cash wagers.
